No.. not at all. Gayathri and Keerthi aren't sisters..
Gayathri made her entry into film field after being crowned as miss kerala. She has a sister. But isn't in the film industry. Gayathri isn't a top actress though.
Keerthi has a sister but she works off screen. Keerthi's mom is a veteran actress and dad is a producer. And keerthi's sister works in their production house and used to work with SRK's production house too. I guess in VFX there.

Her name is gayathri suresh. From my district.. this song is from a movie called kala viplavam pranayam.. the original song is called meda kaatu veeshi and it's a very beautiful song, typical kerala tune. Not the tune you hear in this video.
