All those users who r not active in sbf there name should not be in the ranking list , persons who daily come here they dnt find their name but persons who have left sbf a long back there id r still in ranking list .

Exactly....the monthly repz ranking doesn't have any significance if it only includes overall repz....should include monthly too...

i agree for only members list, the dafault view has to be changed bcuz what we see on the first page are not normal members
those members made ids sush a way that their name will be shown in the first page of members list.

in the case of status ranking system, there should be somethin to challenge members, so the oldies shall remain.

Even here image of forum is at stake.

Someone would confuse it for a desiadda site showing porn and spam the sender of newsletter.

So one must give much importance to what gets projected via newsletter.

Hope avdeshji and iggu are listening.

d discussions in admin n mods place should not be visible to regular users n guests.
its d place where d serious most issues r sorted out n d most important decisions r taken!
it should be an elite zone visible only to d super 30 or super 20 in d staff panels!

d information seekin review of users can be shared via pms, vms or via review threads..if be needed!
y let d decision makin n issues sortin be visible to dem, when even d online users n b'day list is kept away from d guests!

We must take into account that whatever's discussed in there is nevertheless destined to be polished and revealed to everyone sooner or later. With that in mind i don't think there is a need to do things so discreetly such as through VM PM's. I think the benefits of allowing members to snoop actually outweigh the disadvantages or not allowing (if any).

Already a non member has relayed precious feedback via an existing member. It's important that people do this. Had things been discreet, we wouldn't have had his valuable inputs. Plus, the other advantage of doing things transparently, is so that members can watch, gather new ideas, learn from any current misunderstandings and help avoid similar mistakes in the future.

I fail to understand how 'misuse of power in moderation' & 'selection/recommendations of new mods n leaders' help general ppl in understanding n adapting.
it gives a real bad image about d staff colleagues as far as I see it. sometimes d votes better be private rather than open to avoid nepotism n loyalty show offs!
every organisation n online forum has a secret chamber for d top policy discussions ...only d press release is done in form of threads is done at d end.

maybe, others disagree n follow a different approach, but I feel d section should be invisible to d users n guests.
