    Post Want to reduce belly fat

    Hi preeto maam i am 20 yrs old.Though i eat junk food very rarely i hve fat in the lower part of my belly.Kindly give some tips to loose weight in that region.I also do surya namskars .I want to grow tall now.I am 5'8 .I would be happy if it can shoot upto 5'11.Kindly suggest some tips for that too.

    if u do surya namaskar its enough.. its the best excercise.

    This video s very good. takes a few minutes to do but GREAT for the abs. Of course when you do it the first few times, you'll have a REAL tough time, but dont get discouraged!!

    One word - EXERCISE ... do some stomach crunches.

    To reduce belly fat:
    Run after cat,
    Sleep on mat,
    Play with ball and bat.

    mate! first of all...

    cut down on eating fats such as butter, oil etc

    do sit up excercises...each day and everyday for at least 10 - 20 minutes...

    go to the gym (if you can afford it, its much better)

    secondly...

    be happy with you're height...there is no way to grow taller...

    ...you have grown and developed completely ... as you are 20 years old...

    be happy!

    Thanks a lot for your valuable suggestions .But as far as height is concerned guys can grow till the age of 21-22.That is why i wanted ppl 2 suggest some excercises .

    u need to do bycycle exercises.. and there r many exercise and yoga to trim ur belly... also never overeat... stop eating when ur entire hunger is still not quenched...

    * bicycle crunch:
    - lie on back.
    -fold ur legs from knees so that ur feet touch ur back
    -slowly raise both ur legs up (from kness in same position)
    -fold ur right knee and try to touch ur left elbow to right knee..meanwhile stretch ur left leg straight.
    do it very slowly nad u will feel ur stomach crunching
    - repaet with other leg and hand.
    -do this 5 time s on each leg and increase to 20 gradually.

    yoga:
    pull stomach in for 30seconds and hold while breathing normally. do it every hour and repeat 2-3 times...its easy and can done anyhwhere
    ----------------------------------------------------------------
    yoga:
    -lie straight on ur back and lift both legs togtehr 10inches off floor and hold to count 5 and let them down.. slowly increase ur count to 20.
    it exerts pressure on belly and u'll feel it..
    u wont feel it if u raise ur legs too high

    these r just starters ..there are many yogas and many exercises for the same..

    also always sit straight .crouching leads to big belly
    .

    to increase height ..hang on pole ..drink milk... and swimming is good exercise for both ur problems.. stay active always ..and dont worry so much about height.

    Is there any body who can guide me what is "Surya Namaskar".. & how to do it..... Pls.. I also want to loose my belly fat....
