    Aligning performance with expectation is the goal of feedback. Whether it is user feedback or employee feedback, it is the index of the operational health of any organization. It creates a less hierarchical and more equal structure that encourages the workforce to put in their best ensuring a mutual satisfaction and improvement. While this is the decisive factor for the inside health of an organization, customer feedback projects its outside picture. Industries that really look forward to advance seek customer satisfaction at prime.

    1. Ruling the market: If you want to grab the market, you must know what rules it. Many companies struggle to identify their customer base, given their variable bend on product choices. Same goes for the performance of the company's workforce. More than detrimental, unrealistic goal can be suicidal to subsist in the competitive age. User feedback or employee feedback saves the company from this fate.

    10. Building goodwill: Employees and customers are the index of a company's health. A business cannot aim for too high depriving the benefits of its employees and customers. A business has more responsibilities than only making money. Only positive feedback of the employees and the customers translates into a company's goodwill.
