    Why is anal sex painful for my wife?


    Anal sex should not hurt. If it hurts, you're doing it wrong. With enough lubricant and enough patience, it's entirely possible to enjoy anal sex as a safe and fulfilling part of your sex life. However, some people may never like it, and if you are one of those people your partner must respect your limits.

    Initial penetration is always the most difficult part of anal sex -- the anus is a tight ring of flesh at the opening of the rectum designed to control the elimination of bodily waste. It is partially under voluntary control, and partially reflexive to stimulation. Your partner has to relax, and you have to go slow to coax it into opening enough to receive the thrust.

    Lots of lubrication has to be used and the finger (1st one finger then two) should be used to let the anus get used t o the activity before the actual intercourse

    Should I use condom during anal sex?

    Well, yes it is advisable. You need to use condoms during anal sex. And you need to slather that condom with condom-safe lubricant. The anus does not lubricate itself and it's very delicate. Using condoms and lube are VERY important for preventing injury. Moreover, because the anus is a sphincter (meaning it tries to keep itself closed), you might want to ease into anal penetration by starting with smaller things like fingers or slim toys with a flared base.

    Another thing- insertion of pen is into the vagina straight after anal sex makes the woman very very susceptible to vaginal infection. The anus is full of fecal germs! Many of those germs are infectious. So, YES! You should use a condom while practicing anal sex!

    I had anal sex with my girlfriend/wife. Will it cause pregnancy?

    Through anal sex as such, its not possible to get pregnant BUT if the sperm trickles into the vagina, of which there is a BIG possibility, then there is every chance of getting pregnant.

    Why my breasts are small? I doubt its growing very much slower than other girls

    Let me assure you that you are normal -- different people go through these growth stages at different rates, some girls are fully developed (physically adult) at 12, and some not until about 19. Concerning breast size, heredity plays a major role, and your body build also can play a part in the size of your breasts. If you're still growing, rest assured that your breasts will fill out. Try not to be bothered by any teasing you may be experiencing -- you'll get the last laugh eventually!

    Are there any ways to increase my breast size?

    here are a few breast enhancement exercises...

    1. The Modified Push Up


    Lie on your stomach, bend your knees, and cross your ankles. Bend your elbows and place your palms on the floor a bit to the side and in front of your shoulders. Straighten your arms and lift your body so you're balanced on your palms and knees. Tuck your chin a few inches toward your chest so your forehead faces the floor. Tighten your abdominals.
    Bend your elbows and lower your entire body at once. Rather than trying to touch your chest to the floor, lower only until your upper arms are parallel to the floor. Push back up. Don't lock your elbows at the top of the movement and don't do the dreaded "head bob." That's when you dip your head toward the floor without moving any other part of your body.

    2. Soup Can Press


    Lie on your back with your feet flat on the floor and a soup can / dumbbell in each hand. Push the soup cans up so your arms are directly over your shoulders and your palms face away from you. Pull your abdominals in but don't jam your back into the floor; don't let it arch way up, either. Tilt your chin toward your chest.
    Lower the soup cans down and a little to the side until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Push the weights back up, taking care not to lock your elbows/ allow your shoulder blades to rise off the floor. (Note: Use soup cans of equal weight. When those get too light, you can fill two Pinesol bottles with dried beans / pebbles.)

    3. Incline Fly

    Lie on the floor with your head, neck and upper back propped up against several large pillows. Hold a soup can / dumbbell in each hand and press the weights directly above your chest, palms facing each other. Tuck your chin to your chest to align your neck with the rest of your spine, and maintain your natural back posture, neither arched nor flattened.
    Spreading your arms apart so that your elbows travel down and to the sides, lower the weights until your elbows lightly touch the floor. Maintaining a constant bend in your elbows, lift the weights back up, imagining that you have a barrel lying on your chest and you have to keep your arms wide to reach around it

    My breasts are too big and i am experiencing back pain due to it. How can i reduce their size?

    as the bust is made up of fatty tissue (and not muscle), by reducing your calorie intake and increasing your exercise levels, you will lose weight and, consequently, your bust size will decrease.

    In order to keep your breasts from sagging, you can try doing exercises for the chest and back. You can't actually firm up the breasts given that they are fat, but you can aim to give the impression they are pert and firm by training the pectoral muscles which surround the breasts. The best exercise to develop your 'pecs' is press-ups, which can be done anywhere

    Push-ups are great for toning the upper body and you can do them anytime, anywhere.
    Here are some tips for the perfect push up technique:

    * Always keep your hands slightly wider than shoulder-width apart, with your fingers together and pointing straight ahead.
    * Start in the ‘up’ position with your arms straight.
    * Inhale as you lower yourself toward the floor.
    * Stop when your elbows form a 90-degree bend. There is no need to touch your chest or chin to the floor.
    * Exhale as you push yourself up from the floor
    * Don't lock your elbows at the top of the move.
    * Your back should be straight. Don't let it sag and don't stick your bottom in the air.

    What are the causes of ED?

    In order to achieve an er.ection three conditions must occur: The nerves to the penis must be functioning properly; the blood circulation to the penis must be adequate; there must be a stimulus from the brain. If there is something interfering with any or all of these conditions, a full er.ection will be prevented.

    Common causes of ED include diseases that affect blood flow, such as atherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries); nerve diseases, psychological factors, such as stress, depression, and performance anxiety; and injury to the penis. Chronic illness, certain medications and a condition called Peyronie's disease (scar tissue in the penis) can also cause ED.
