    my sperm count is 22% how can i improve myself give me your sugession.

    Maintain a gap of 3 days between two consecutive ejaculations. Because sperm will get less denser as the gap increases

    Refrain from habits like smoking, alcohol consumption etc. -

    Exercise regularly

    Eat Nutritious Food

    Avoid heating of testicles - Wear loose, cotton boxer shorts, Avoid hot baths and saunas

    Lose any excess weight, which tends to cause testosterone/oestrogen imbalances.

    Reduce stress levels by learning relaxation techniques - Keep your mind and body healthy by regular practice of YOGA and MEDITATION.

    Massage body with herbal oil, which improves blood circulation.

    Make love in the early morning or afternoon. Sperm levels are often highest in the morning

    Reduce fat. If u are obese the chances for less sperm count is there.
    Do excercise daily. Even walking for one hour will do good. Excercise can increase ur fertility chances

    ? The concentration of spermatozoa should be at least 20 million per ml.
    ? The total volume of semen should be at least 2ml.
    ? The total number of spermatozoa in the ejaculate should be at least 40 million.
    ? At least 75 per cent of the spermatozoa should be alive (it is normal for up to 25 per cent to be dead).
    ? At least 30 per cent of the spermatozoa should be of normal shape and form.
    ? At least 25 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming with rapid forward movement.
    ? At least 50 per cent of the spermatozoa should be swimming forward, even if only sluggishly.

    These numbers amount to averages; Having a sperm count below these numbers does not guarantee that a man will be unable to father a child; likewise, having a sperm count higher than these numbers does not guarantee that a man will be able to father a child.

    There are a variety of factors that can cause low sperm count, including stress, genetic causes, nutritional deficiencies, the use of prescription or illicit drugs, obesity, varicoceles, infections, and smoking.So if u have any such habit/problems get rid of them

    Eat lots of fruits and vegetqble, do excercise nd maintain a calm and pleasant mind.
    Yoga can be very very helpful

    join gym workout nicely and have proper diet with lots of fruits and masturbate once in week or two week...don't be in tension coz depression also effect the body....

    It depends on ur hormones, genetics etc a lot. But still u can improve using foods given above and excercises etc.

    FIrst of all, the volume does not matter to have a child. Count of sperm in ur semen only matters and if ur doctor is not worried about it, u dont have to be either.

    Increase your intake of bananas. A deficiency of zinc is considered a very strong reason for low sperm count. Bananas are extremely rich in zinc and can help with this problem.


    If you are excessively overweight, this could be a part of the problem and must be taken care of. Your diet needs to be rich in vitamins and minerals, rather than fats and carbohydrates for the sperm count to rise.

    Eat more of raw fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and reduce eating flour-based, processed and sweet foods. Nuts are rich in nutrients that would increase sperm count. Celery and avocados are also excellent to add to sperm count. Seafood, particularly oysters are natural aphrodisiacs which also increase sperm count. It is necessary to stay away from alcohol and cigarettes, since alcohol and nicotine are both considered to be responsible for bringing down sperm count. Yoga is an excellent way of maintaining good overall health. If you can spend about 30 minutes doing yoga everyday, it will help you considerably.

    You are fine if ur semen contains above mentioned number of sperms and they have adequate mobility.
    Even when having lesser numbers, you can still have a child through artificial methods. For details, contact the doctor who is currently treating you
