    hello mam..i m kinda regular here to c ur posts ...u r gr8
    actually my problem is my stomach fat only. MY graduation day is near, most proably in last week of june and im wearing saree...so i dun want tht bulging tummy on tht day. i m totally slim frm upper side nd lower side only tummy little bit face fat
    can u give me any ideas to look slim in 3 weeks i know its nt healthy bt i can't help it myself bcoz its my graduation day nd i wanna look gud
    i also want to ask u abt makeup..m wearing blue saree so can u give me any face makeup tips

    start doing suryanamaskar everyday ............it will be quite effective............and will give u quick results...........

    Do some abs excercise. That will tone the tummy muscles and u can gain a good shape

    it is nt possible to reduce fat from tummy only it will shed from whole body uniformly....so start doing weight training excercises and primarily do legs , back and chest excercises..... these r major muscle group of body and contribute most in fat loss.....cardio is also a good option along with above mentioned ones...trust me i m a certified trainer at gold's gym...bye tc

    1. Walk/jog for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week to boost your metabolism in order to burn that fat.

    2. Eat a small handful of almonds (at least 6) every morning.

    3. Purchase a Pilates DVD and do the exercises at least 2-3 times per week.

    4. Add fiber to your diet and cut down your intake of the bad carbs.

    5. Drink skim milk instead of whole milk. Keep your dairy intake at a minimum because these products often cause bloating and gas.

    6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs.

    7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day.

    8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime.

    9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day

    6. Perform proper crunches at least 3 times a week to train your abs. (also try vacuum technique)

    7. Drink plenty of water. You should be drinking 6 to 8 glasses per day. (I will never understand why ppl recommend this for weight loss)

    8. Stop eating within 3 hours of bedtime.

    9. Eat smaller meals more often instead of 2-3 big meals per day (optional)
