Ok, u can never lose height like that. And for weight loss u have to be patient. It takes a very long time, with good diet and excercise.
Try cutting down rice and meat then check for one month to see if there is any difference

How much weight do u have now? Only depending on that it can be determined whther u have to reduce weight or not

For weight to get reduced ur body must shed off stored fat.
One and half month is not enough time. Continue this with a balanced fully veg diet for 4 months. If this is still the same, ur body type may be like that

Some peoples body is just like that, you cant do anythign about it. Stop worrying and be confident. If u are healthy, the looks actually doesnt matter

    You need the following facts:
1- a decent gym with a decent guide
2- a good dietician who can help u determine the food u should take according to ur body needs
3 - motivation and confidence to keep ur work out going
4 - readyness to accept urself as u are

Then either ur excercise is inadequate or ur diet is enormous
    Change either one of these

Once u attain a height, its permanent. Unless u have some bone related problems height wont decrease

Its highly improbable that when u do excercise or control diet u will lose height. Evenif we thinku lacked nutrients required for bone growth, bones can get weak only, then wont go shorter. Height is genetic factor. But weight u can control
