    Hello Maammm,

this is my first post. Actually I'm suffering with a body odour problem caused due to a-lot of sweat.

Please help me to get rid of it.

    Thanks

    Hi!

Well, you need to make sure that you are not wearing mixed fabric clothes...those trap the sweat and the sweat odour. Wear absorbent, cotton clothes.

Bathe as frequently as you can.

    use deodorants.

First thing to do is take baths whenever u can.
Use talcom powder, it will cool ur skin
If its summer change ur cloths often. Like Maam said above, cotton cloths are better.
    Use perfumes and deoderants.
you cant do anything about sweating, its required to control body temperature

You cant get rid of sweating, though if its over sweating cuold be some problem with ur metabolic functions.
The odour comes when u let sweat remain and germs very quickly act on it. So wash body frequently and odour will not be there!

Sweat does not produce odour. But the bacteria make odour. So wash most sweating areas like armpit with a good antibacterial cream/soap

Use a quality deodorant besides taking a bath at least two times a day. Needless to mention the use of talcum powder after it. Also try changing your soap if you want. Drink plenty of water.

Good disinfectant soap can be helpful. Shave ur armpits. Hairs can trap sweat and create a good environment for germs to multip;y

GO vegetarian. Meat food, alcohol, smoking, these habits inrease sweat. Also eating particular food items can make sweat have odour
