Hiii i can undersatand your concern for becoming fat!! well first of all who told you that to become thiner you should not eat!! ya sure you should avoid oily food etc but its not that you should not eat!! or eat too little!! your body needs some energy tolead your everyday life!!

you should not only control your food but you should do exercises!! you may have daily running schedule this is going to help you decrease your weight!! reducing food alone wont do anything dear!!
    focus on exercise!!

    Hi

Many kids — particularly teens — are concerned about how they look and can feel self-conscious about their bodies. This can be especially true when they are going through puberty, and undergo dramatic physical changes and face new social pressures.

Unfortunately, for a growing proportion of kids and teens, that concern can grow into an obsession that can become an eating disorder. Eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa or bulimia nervosa cause dramatic weight fluctuation, interfere with normal daily life, and damage vital body functions.

Generally, eating disorders involve self-critical, negative thoughts and feelings about body weight and food, and eating habits that disrupt normal body function and daily activities.

It's important to remember that eating disorders can easily get out of hand and are difficult habits to break. Eating disorders are serious clinical problems that require professional treatment by doctors, therapists, and nutritionists.

With anorexia, the body goes into starvation mode and the lack of nutrition can affect the body in many ways:

    • a drop in blood pressure, pulse, and breathing rate
    • hair loss and fingernail breakage
    • loss of periods
    • lanugo hair, a soft hair that can grow all over the skin
    • lightheadedness and inability to concentrate
    • anemia
    • swollen joints
    • brittle bones

With bulimia, constant vomiting and lack of nutrients can cause:

    • constant stomach pain
    • damage to the stomach and kidneys
    • tooth decay (from exposure to stomach acids)
    • "chipmunk cheeks," when the salivary glands permanently expand from throwing up so often
    • loss of periods
    • loss of the mineral potassium (this can contribute to heart problems and even death)

The fastest way for teenagers to lose weight is simply to eat a healthy, well-balanced diet that meets their nutritional needs and to avoid the fatty, greasy foods commonly eaten during adolescence.

    Make
    Healthy Food Choices

    Healthy Beverage Choices

Physical Activity -No weight loss plan for teenagers is complete without exercise. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that teenagers get at least 60 minutes of moderate to vigorous physical activity each day. This will not only increase muscle strength and cardiovascular health but it will help the teens to burn more calories and lose weight faster.

ur whole fear is about weight gain...
But that will happen only if u eat junk food. U can eat healthy food, a balanced diet. And walk for 30 minutes daily. Thats all required. Try fruits and vegetables more..

hi sis this is a common issue among us young ladies
which does not mean its something normal 2 feel
if you are afraid of gaining weight , just eat healthy food
stay away from junk food and oily one , try 2 make to yourself
schedule, in it you can do Exercises, no need 4 harsh diet
plus gotta tell you most of boys don't like skinny girls
those girls look like pegs , we only put clothes on
no look try it and you ll be fine , God bless you

looks like a case of anorexia.. u must have a well balanced diet. Tell this problem to ur parents so that they can take u to a psych and can watch ur eating habits. Its good that u identified the problem
