    Default Masturbation affect performance at the gym?

    i am 21 yrs old guy. i daily go to gym for hard workout, and other side i used to masturbate daily..
    but i want to knw dose it affect if i masturbate before the gym?

    if i want to do whats the time gap between the Masturbation and gym?

    i heard such thing that, it affect but i really dont know the fact

    Effect what? No, your gymming/body/health/performance will not be affected by the masturbation.

    When You masturbate your body burn calories by increasing your heart beat including a bit de-hydrated body also it secrete the hormone as well as it tensed up the inner thigh, hip , abdomen, chest and other muscle group, guys feel a bit sleepy after the process and the body needs to get replenish and proper resting to work on the best physical state for body building, so if you are proper with this routine ate proper protein, water and green with proper rest then carry on the exercises for good positive result.
