    World Cup, 2011
MS Dhoni and his men had qualified for the semi-final of the 2011 ICC World Cup and their opponents were none other than Pakistan led by a formidable Shahid Afridi. The Pakistanis had been unbeaten in the competition. Sachin's patient inning of 87 took India to a challenging total of 260 and the bowlers delivered the good as Team India won the game and proceeded to then thrash Sri Lanka in the finals

    Asia Cup, 2010
No Indo-Pak clash is ever boring and this tie figures as one of the most memorable ones ever. It was the 2010 Asia Cup and Pakistan needed to win the match to stay in the tournament. With a total of 267 on the board, Pakistan seemed to be in the driver's seat but Gambhir's knock of 83 along with skipper MS Dhoni's fine play turned the tide in India's favour

    ICC Champions Trophy, 2004
India sorely missed the services of Sachin Tendulkar who was nursing an injury and India were only able to put up a paltry total of 200 on board. Pakistan began badly and for a moment, Indian fans thought that not all was lost. But Yousuf Youhana ably led our neighbours to a victory with three wickets remaining.

    Independence Cup, 1998
It was fitting finale for the fierce rivals, with Pakistan went into this game as favourites to win. The men in green set up a mammoth target of 314, but a blazing start by Sachin, a blitzkrieg century from Sourav Ganguly and a last gasp winner from Hrishikesh Kanitkar was enough to make India the worthy victors

    Austral-Asia Cup final, 1986
India put up a challenging total of 240 on board with Sunil Gavaskar scoring a brilliant 92. Pakistan were tottering, as wickets fell frequently but Pakistan's Javed Miandad stood steady. With four runs required off the final ball, every person at the stadium in Sharjah was left holding their breath. And then Miandad knocked Chetan Sharma's delivery over the fence for a six and Pakistan clinched the nail-biting thriller.

Most Power pack match was 1995 quarter final at Banglore. When India beat Pakistan. Siddhu in full form, Jadeja hitting fours & sixes to Wakar Younus. Fight between V. Prasad and Amir Sohail. Javed Miadad run out in his last one day match.
Too much tension before the match, India celebrated like they win a war.

There was one played at Delhi where Kirti Azaad wrecked havoc with his batting........India had almost lost the match when he turned everything upside down....
