    Antigone is a 1961 Greek film adaptation of the Ancient Greek tragedy Antigone by Sophocles. It stars Irene Papas in the title role.The film follows the story of the play closely but cuts the chorus. It was entered into the 11th Berlin International Film Festival

    Clash of the Titans is an 1981 British-American fantasy adventure film involving the Greek hero Perseus, and features the final work of stop motion visual effects artist, Ray Harryhausen. It was released on June 12, 1981 and earned a gross profit of $41 million domestically, on a $15 million budget ], by which it was the 11th highest grossing film of the year.[3] A novelization of the film by Alan Dean Foster was published in 1981.

    Clash of the Titans is a 2010 British-American fantasy action remake of the 1981 film of the same name (the rights to which had been acquired by Warner Bros. in 1996). The story is very loosely based on the Greek myth of Perseus. Directed by Louis Leterrier and starring Sam Worthington, the film was originally set for standard release on March 26, 2010.[However, it was later announced that the film would be converted to 3D and was released on April 2, 2010.[5][6] The film grossed $493 million worldwide, though it received mainly negative reviews from critics.

    Electra (Greek: Ilektra) is a 1962 Greek film based on the play, Electra, written by Euripides. It was directed by Michael Cacoyannis, as the first installement of his "Greek tragedy" trilogy, followed by The Trojan Women in 1971 and Iphigenia in 1977. It starred Irene Papas in the lead role as Elektra, and Yannis Fertis as Orestis.

The film is based on the legendary Greek mythology hero Heracles (known in the film by his Roman name, Hercules), the son of Zeus, in Greek mythology.
