How to delete search history?

i am in a big trouble...
m nt able to delete history on google chrome??/ dont knw what went wrong??? actually i some "funmoods" named search enjine as my default browser..
nw i hav tried many times to delete the history bt nt able to..pls help me!!!!

OK, stop getting worried. There are users here who will advise you how to get rid of the history. It can't be that difficult. Even if you Google it and follow the process given, you will be able to do this.

Never ever change your search engine from google or bing......

You can delete some or all your browsing history from Google Chrome.
Clear your entire browsing history

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Clear browsing data.
4. In the dialog that appears, select the "Clear browsing history" checkbox.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data you want to delete. Select beginning of time to clear your entire browsing history.
6. Click Clear browsing data.

The following information is removed when you clear your browsing history:

• Web addresses you've visited, listed on the History page
• Cached text of pages you've visited
• Snapshots of your most frequently visited pages on the New Tab page
• Any IP addresses pre-fetched from pages you've visited

...........never change ur search engine from google..google is the best search engine..
and pls do one simple thing.. uninstall ur google chrome and again install it

Install "CCleaner" from Filehippo site and tick the relevant options and in options, check the option to run CCleaner every time your PC starts/restarts.

I have been using for years without any problem and it deletes all junk from your pc including cache, cookies and registry entries that are no longer required by your pc.

2)select settings.
3)fourth item in that is search engine
4)set search engine as google & delete other search engine u dont want

install malwarebytes and scan ur pc in safe mode to get rid off funmoods

install ccleaner u can download it from filehippo site, after installing click analyze and once analyzing is finish click on run ccleaner to clean all cache and history
