    Default htc hd2 android update

    I bought used htc hd2 which has android 2.3 ...i dont know how this is done..now i want to update it to 4.1.plz help i dont know any technical terms but can do if provided required links.

    Hi, 4.1 is still need to be fixed. Its better to stay with 3.5. And follow Xda-developers.com for update procedures. if u are not able to get it done via tutorials than contact me back.

    i really didnt get wht this nand and flash is all about ...plz help me do it step by step..i just want google play apps to work..

    ohkk i went through this article "FLASHING A NEW NAND ANDROID ROM OVER A PREVIOUS ONE"..and downloaded this "NexusHD2-JellyBean-CM10_V1.2"...now as per instructions " Browse to the folder you extracted your NAND Android Rom files to on your pc, right click on Run DAF.exe (or install.exe if Daf.exe isnt listed) and select Run as Administrator (if using Windows Vista or Windows 7)"
    but i where is this DAF.exe or install.exe ?? i cant locate it....plz tell me am i doing it correctly or not..

    babaji.. search within the folder you extracted the downloaded file will you!!!!

    hummm sometimes windows/antivirus considers some exe files as virus and deletes them on extraction.... so dont extract first check in winrar etc that the install file is there in the file you downloaded.... if it is there then disconnect from internet -> deactivate antivirus -> extract file -> run exe -> reativate antivirus and internet....

    if it is not there then you downloaded the wrong file......
