When the invitation to The Grey Goose Ball arrived in the post, Elizabeth Hurley could have been forgiven for thinking a feathery ensemble could work well.

But luckily the veteran model took the opposite route, and pulled together a jaw-dropping outfit that blended leopard print and sequins.

The bronze gown featured two daring thigh-high splits, which, along with white jeans, is one of Ms. Hurley's signature looks.
