How to post user note

I was just received user note in my profile, As I'm not familiar with many options here yet, can anyone tell me how to post a user note in other's profile??

par kuch logon ka user notes bandh rehta hain.. woh kaise? Like when click on post user note, it shows.. 'dont have permission...'

sorry mate, to post user note click on about me and post a user note
if u click directly on users user note it will say u have no permissions, but mods will not get that error message

send email is diff option, i have activated it, you can directly send me email to my personal mail account from SBF

i received ur email, here is the screenshot:



i have deleted few posts, so in future we can refer this thread to other users

u can send msg thru usernote if users vm/pm closed

usernote cant be closed by user........

if someone posts usernote to your profile it doesn't give notification like you get for vm/pm/repz
