Made In America festival in Philadelphia and even embracing a new NBA franchise in Brooklyn.
His efforts have even led him to a public subway in New York where he showed that even celebrities
never forget their roots.
Miley Cyrus
She may be an unlikely candidate for this list, but Miley wowed us all when she decided to alter
her style with just a pair of scissors. As one report noted, she took "the positive Britney route",
becoming a role model for the youth and a celeb with a clear conscious of who she is and
who she wants to become.
Lionel Messi
Is there anyone more dominant than the 25-year-old Argentinian footballer? As of today, no.
The striker for FC Barcelona has been legendary throughout 2012 and most recently broke a

Claire Danes' character on the television series "Homeland" may be extremely difficult to
like but her courageous charm as an actor has been exhilarating. The the hit show has been
constantly raved about, even by former operatives who have commended her portrayal of a female
CIA officer to be "a finely calibrated and nuanced portrait that's breathtaking".
Frank Ocean
While the 25-year-old may not be universally known just yet, Ocean provided a voice
for the youth when he decided to release an open letter about his past and his sexuality.
His bravery and desire to be one with listeners opened a new bridge for sexual beliefs
and deliver an incredible debut album that went on to sell 390,000 copies as of December 5th.

Although thousands have been raving about series such as "Breaking Bad", no one
will ever forget Louis C.K.'s exceptional performance on "Louie". At 44, he was also a prominent
face in the efforts for Hurricane Sandy and rebuilding a city he belonged to.

While the Democrats and Republicans engulfed themselves in the most
talked about election in quitesome time, the late-night personality added a weird sense of humour
