Why you want to remove it? Only Muslims and Jews get it removed (by a trained doctor) or at birth because their religion asks them to do it. If your religion does, then your dad /legal guardian would have taken care of it for you.

I think you want to pull back the foreskin of your penis. This is a common issue with men which is not as strange and harmful as people think. Enjoy sex as much as you can. If in case there is a serious issue in which you cannot pull pack your foreskin then you can seek a doctor. It is not a big surgery. Relax
do you mean removing it...like muslim do? it does not interfere with your sex ability.. in fact it is more hygienic... many articles have been written regarding its advantages...and recommended it!!! it is not harmful!!
