Hello, I can only go to the gym 4 days out of 7 days a week. I used to go 5 days earlier and used to workout on each muscle group in each day's session and abs after every session.
Now that I cant go 5 days, I want to know which 2 out of these 5 I should combine for 1 session so that I am able to workout on all 5 in 4 days. Can someone who has experience in working out on similar lines suggest me something?
