but as I said the video calling part depends on your net speed........

yahoo, skype or gtalk or any other video call messenger.
Its 3G, you can call video call to mobiles too depends on the service provider.
but the front camera is VGA in SIII Mini. so the quality of the video will be less the the SIII.
