Gudu Gudu Bhaiya ,
u r asking me about losing weight , right ?
Ok , if you are concerned about age then let me tell you , 43 is not too much . If we look around , we will find lots of guys who are still fit @ 50+ or moreover 60+. For motivation,a long list you can see who are 40+ and look better than they were in their young age. Check our bollywood actors. Anil Kapoor , Akshay Kumar , John , Hrithik , Amitabh and not to mention Salman khan.... all are 40+ and rocking even though they are more busy, keep on travelling all across the globe ,have hectic and variable work schedule ,face more stress and competition , having no fixed routine and diet ( undoubtedly we lead simpler , very stable , less stressful life than them) .......but still i would say "where there is a will , there is a way".
All u need to do is work out . Start with simple exercises , DO NOT THINK TOO MUCH TO START IT AND DONT TAKE IT AS IF YOU ARE DOING VERY BIG TASK .Just start without thinking. Dont run, just walk , Dont lift so heavy weight , just lift lightest weight and concentrate upon the "movement" , DONT GO ON DIETING , Just eat green veggies ,salad , raw food along with what u eat regularly ,dont think about leaving that food which u cant stop eating , continue to eat them but drink 10-14 glass of water, dont get exhausted in the workout instead, try to enjoy it ....In short , give your body a start up time , lets say 2 months u just do what i mentioned above and then increase your level . If u start fast , u need to push yourself too hard and since our body needs time to get adjusted to the new routine , u will feel exhausted all the time and LEAVE IT FINALLY DUE TO THE FATIGUE....So , gradually increase your level of movement and exercise.
The Key to lose weight is : STICK TO THE ROUTINE WHICH YOU ADOPTED TO ACHIEVE SO.Not for 1 week or 1 month ,trust me , nothing gonna happen in 1-2 months(it is too short to make our body understand what we wanna do with it )....Just go for it at least 6 months . YOU WILL DEFINITELY FEEL THE DIFFERENCE.
Take Care.![]()
