Default What are these skin lesions on my parts?

I'm 23 years old and never into any sexual relations and I have these lesions from past 5-6 years whose appearance changes little bit over time. These lesions doesn't hurt ,burn or itch and i do masturbate like a normal man.

It has started with 1 bump at left side of penis shaft and today i do have pinkish patches also. There are 3 small bumps also present on bottom of the scrotum just like on penis foreskin as shown in pic-2 .
Only problem with this is that it looks weird as I'm completely sexually healthy and have no sort of any sex related problem , so no any STD type of disease as I'm normal just like you and there is only appearance issue due to this.

DON'T TELL ME TO SEE DERMATOLOGIST - I know Going to dermatologist is an solution , But i want to know more about it before going to dermatologist so that i can find some cure at home.
I'm really embarrassed and my confidence is shattered due this , avoiding romantic relationship with my gf ,can't tell about this to anyone , not friends, and not even my parents. I don't know which dermatologist could examine private part also and going for this problem alone to doctor without doctor is kind of risk to me.

SO if anyone or you know have ever encountered this type of problem please suggest some solution

Hi! I'm not going to ask you to see a dermatologist but I am going to insist that you see a GP if not a Urologist. Whatever it is, must be examined by a medical practitioner. Asking for such medical advice on a general Forum is really not sensible at all and is actually asking for trouble. So, please don't procrastinate over this- nothing to feel embarrassed about going to a doctor...that's what they are there for,. right?

Thanks a lot for your reply , I know I've to see myself to the doctor , but just need to know if i can get it resolved without going to the doctor through someone else experience or not. Yes , i know it looks bad but in reality the only problem it gives me is "Appearance problem" and I have no any problem with this.

It can't be resolved without going to a doctor, it will become more worse instead. Either see a doctor or learn to live with it till you live.

It "could" be tinea versicolor. Google it and check the images. Its common due to humidity and sweating in India. You can lookup over the counter medicines and ointments if you indeed have it.

Else, no option but to go to a Dr.

Thanks a lot for your reply and suggestion.
I've checked tinea versicolor but penile psoriasis and lichen planus/nitidus looks more close.
Could you check if you don't mind ?

If it is HIV i would have probably a dead man by now or a full sick man.
Well in reality I'm perfectly healthy without any disease.

Plz visit a doctor asap. No doctor can tell what problm u have by 'listening' to your symptoms. its not HIV.

Bro there is nothing to be ashamed of. it is called skin tags. it happen when you wear tight underwears. dont worry. consult good dermatologist. i apart from skin tags u r suffering skin infections from protozoan sources. u can consult a medicine specialist. skin tags are harmless. so the doc would remove it liquid nitrogen. for protozoan infection u can have metronidazole. use good antiseptic and disinfectants. wash ur innerwear often. that may solve ur issue. HIV is not related with pustules.

Go to a dermatologist with a blindfold on so that you wont get to see him.
