I am 29 year old male. Ever since I was 11 I have been watching porn. I wasnt ever obsessed with it... but I did watch and collect it. Now since a few years I have started dating... but I cant see my partner in a sexual way.

I am not horny or desperate or have unrealistic expectations. But in real life I just dont feel as satisfied and happy I can be. I am more aroused with artificial stuff.

I browse tinder/okcupid etc dating apps and facebook profiles and like hot women there... but if that same hot woman comes in front of me... I lose that fantasy and because its real it gets weird. I cant express the same kind of sexual drive I can inside the 4 walls of my bedroom.

Hmmm, well, maybe there's more to it than just the porn. Could be that you may require a spot of counselling to get to the bottom of the issue. Obviously, there are some concerns regarding interactions with real women. Maybe some fears or anxieties.
Do try and see a counsellor who can help you to identify the reason for the discomfort with women.

Start working out 2 hrs a day, also volunteer 20 hrs a week. No porn for 2 weeks, you will be normal. Real women will start attracting you, you will see the results yourself when you get a hardon seeing any random woman on the street.
