If u r already married, just don't stray and u will be away from STD and infections if ur partner is healthy. If u r not, then stay away from sex before marriage.

After marriage, wash ur genticals after sex, prefer to piss out. Use condom / gloves while having anal. Wash ur teeth and tongue before doing oral. Best would be to have a good clean bath before and after sex. For pregnancy follow docs advice, as pills in the long run could be harmful. Good luck.
