If u r already married, just don't stray and u will be away from STD and infections if ur partner is healthy. If u r not, then stay away from sex before marriage.

After marriage, wash ur genticals after sex, prefer to piss out. Use condom / gloves while having anal. Wash ur teeth and tongue before doing oral. Best would be to have a good clean bath before and after sex. For pregnancy follow docs advice, as pills in the long run could be harmful. Good luck.

I just need to be clear on the fact if you are asking for yourself and your wife or is it a general question that you are asking or are you about to get married.

I'll then base the reply on the situation...after asking you some questions if need be, OK??

Well, then the first thing is to be very, very safe. That means that you MUST use the condom. In case of a woman, she has to make sure that her partner uses one.

One never knows the sexual history of their partner. So its the safest that the couple stick to a single partner ONLY!!

While having oral sex also its better to use an oral condom.

Some sexually transmitted diseases and infections (such as herpes) can be passed on by oral sex. When you use a condom for oral sex, you should change condoms before having ******l or anal sex, because teeth may have made little holes in it.
Using safer sex methods, such as unlubed condoms and dams during oral sex, is a good idea.
Female condoms can be used as dental dams to prevent the spread of sexually transmitted infections during oral sex. Cut off the closed end of the condom and down the side. This will give you a rectangular sheet. Place the sheet over the genitals or over a partner's mouth. Be careful to keep any areas of contact fully covered by the condom during oral sex. After oral sex, throw away the condom.
