    The cleavage-creating exercises in the following pages work by tightening and toning the muscle that lies beneath the breasts. A tight chest muscle lifts the bust and creates cleavage.     Push-ups for the push-up effect

    Lie on your tummy. Raise yourself and place your palms on the floor, in line with your shoulders, elbows bent and fingers facing forwards. Now push yourself up on your knees. Your body should be in a straight diagonal line from head, shoulder, hips to knees. Straighten your arms but don't lock your elbows. Then gently bend your elbows and lower your chest towards the floor, all the while maintaining your body in a straight line. The back should not sag downwards. Once you go as low as possible, 'push up' to the start position.

    Become irresistible with resistance exercises

    This exercise requires the resistance tube and a chair. Its a good one for the office. Strap the resistance tube around the back of your chair. Hold each end in in either hand and sit at the edge of your chair. Bend both elbows and raise both wrists to your shoulder. Sit up tall with your abdominals held tight and squeeze your chest muscles, pushing your arms forward, till they are parallel to the floor and in line with your shoulders. Slowly release back to the starting position.
    Do 12-16 repetitions, rest and repeat.

    Go the voluptuous way

    Lie face-up on a bench (or the floor if you don't have access to a bench), dumbbells in both hands, knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the bench/ floor. Raise both arms straight upward, such that the dumbbells in each hand come to face each other at the level of the chest (keep the elbows slightly bent throughout). Then slowly lower both arms till both are in line with the shoulder. Squeeze the chest muscles and lift them up again.
    Do 12-16 repetitions, rest and repeat.

    Rakhi Sawant's got a fluctuating bustline -- she keeps removing and inserting implants!

    Tone up your torso

    Hold a ball in your hands (the size of a football or bigger) against your chest, with elbows bent and parallel to the floor. Squeeze the ball hard and release. Do 20 repetitions.

    Pull overs for posh necklines

    Time for lat pull overs. Lie on a bench or on your bed, knees bent and soles of the feet flat on the bench/bed. Hold a single heavy dumbell with both hands and raise it to eye-level above your head. Then raise both hands backward above your head, lowering the dumbell towards the bench/bed. Make sure you do this slowly, so as to not hurt your back or shoulders. Lift back to start position.
    Do 12- 16 repetitions, rest and repeat.

    Bootylicious Bipasha Basu can carry off any outfit in style.

    Work towards perfection

    Reverse flyes work the back muscles that help open up the chest muscles and lift up the bustline. Stand in a lunge position -- one foot placed forward and bent at the knee, the other stretching out straight behind -- with medium-weight dumbbells in both hands. Bend forward till your chest is parallel to the floor and let your arms hang straight out downward, towards the floor. Next, raise both arms till your hands are in line with the shoulder, squeezing your shoulder blades. Slowly lower again to the start position. The movement is similar to a bird flapping its wings, but much slower.
    Do 12-16 repetitions, rest and repeat.

    Chest stretches

    This stretch will help to open up and lift the bust line. Sit on the floor with knees bent and both hands behind your torso palms to the floor and fingers pointed towards your body. Bend the elbows and press them in towards your back and each other, while pushing and opening out the chest upwards. Hold this position for about 15 seconds, rest and repeat.
