Well, yes it is advisable. You need to use condoms during anal sex. And you need to slather that condom with condom-safe lubricant. The anus does not lubricate itself and it's very delicate. Using condoms and lube are VERY important for preventing injury. Moreover, because the anus is a sphincter (meaning it tries to keep itself closed), you might want to ease into anal penetration by starting with smaller things like fingers or slim toys with a flared base.

Another thing- insertion of pen is into the vagina straight after anal sex makes the woman very very susceptible to vaginal infection. The anus is full of fecal germs! Many of those germs are infectious. So, YES! You should use a condom while practicing anal sex!

Its good u use them!! Because its not about sex diseases but anal area has lots of germs!! It will be safe for u to use a condom to avoid infections

You must use it.. reason is may be u both now dont have it but if somebody accidently gets it in future, the practise of using condoms can give protection. Also anus has a high chance to give infections. You will get protection through condoms

Condoms are the best protection you have against STDs and STIs. So it will be wise to use them on every occassion which you doubt as risky

If you dont use condoms, uou can get infections also, not alone diseases..
And if u want to continue normal intercourse after this, using a condom will be hygeinic
